WebApr 16, 2015 · I've got an MSI 970 GAMING, and AMD FX 8350 OC at 4.2 GHz and in idle state TMPIN1 is about 45 -50 C and when is at full load with prime95 for about 10 minutes it reaches 77 C and cpu temp max. 58 C. WebTemps in HWmonitor don't go over 50°C for all the components (GPU stays at 62°C in Furmark) and the PC seems cool even in stress tests. The only thing that bothers me is TMPIN3 and TMPIN5 in HWmonitor. Those temps change almost simultaneously and go from 80°C in idle to 100°C in load.

TMPIN2 reading on Hwmonitor usually used to be 2-3 C higher than CPU socket. Earlier this week I changed the NB heatsink and now my TMPIN2 is 5-7 C lower than Socket temp. Thats a big difference.
