At these temps, 90C load (as expected due to 3+1 phase + 125W processor) they are way too hot to be safe. I use an 8+2 phase board and your VRM's idle temps of 69C are slightly higher (2C) than my VRM load temps. Octagonal 2024.

WebTemps in HWmonitor don't go over 50°C for all the components (GPU stays at 62°C in Furmark) and the PC seems cool even in stress tests. The only thing that bothers me is TMPIN3 and TMPIN5 in HWmonitor. Those temps change almost simultaneously and go from 80°C in idle to 100°C in load.

TMPIN2 reading on Hwmonitor usually used to be 2-3 C higher than CPU socket. Earlier this week I changed the NB heatsink and now my TMPIN2 is 5-7 C lower than Socket temp. Thats a big difference. I thought maybe thermal paste but I've never seated or re-seated a CPU so went to Dr Google.
