(But it took me originaly an afternoon in the garage to make a prop puller, with about 10 quids with of metal plate stud bars and bolts). A shop that is really set up to do these will likely pull the prop, use a special tool to R&R cutlass then reinstall prop. If you can't pull the prop, then you'd have to pull the rudder and the coupler (may be easy, may be PITA).
