Tried multiple solutions to no avail. have tried closing all programs. Switching Powerplans. heavily undervolting/clocking. Changing powerlimit. Disabling rgb/lcd. WebIt's healthier for the GPU to idle at 60C and peak at 80C especially if it gets to shut the fans off altogether reducing EMI and increasing their lifespan but also because of less thermal expansion stress between the various materials than if they cycle from 40C to 80C every time a load appears.
